Yeah thought there were a few ahead of Higgins that warranted a bake....Browns problem was apart from Hill and Higgins he couldnt remember anyone else.Heh heh heh ....Lego Head Brown gave him a baking after the game.
Well, he sort of remembered Nick Coh-field (whoever that is).Yeah thought there were a few ahead of Higgins that warranted a bake....Browns problem was apart from Hill and Higgins he couldnt remember anyone else.
This is it. Whatever the back story he's a very ordinary footballer. He's limited and will struggle to keep his spot at the saints. Was the right move for him to seek a contract with the saints and was the right move for us to let him go.
No doubt his amanger put the feelers out after he got dropped the last time if not before then.Agree with all of that. Will add that we saw him through that tough period, and got him back playing senior footy, which would have been enormous for his mental health. Not saying we did it all but I’m sure we as a club did heaps for him.
On that basis I was disappointed he’d want out. No respect.
Took me a moment to work out what his "amanger" was!No doubt his amanger put the feelers out after he got dropped the last time if not before then.
Maybe some truth to the rumour....?Not sure if it was just me, but Butler is friendly with the guys, but Higgins seemed like he never played for us.

That's what I was amazed at too.He seemed a better set shot kick fot goal last night than he ever was at Richmond. Couldn't kick over a jam tin, but nailed both from outside 40 metres.
All respect to Higgo but I think the club noticed that he probably didn't follow club protocol much (i.e. didn't care where he played as long as he played footy) and was a bit on the immature side.Yeah I picked up on some unfriendliness, when we have played against other ex tigers , plenty of smiles and jokes ,
With Higgins there was very little of that , if anything our guys seemed to enjoy tackling him hard ,
Very odd
Was a great player but let's be honest Browny is lucky he has a job in the media.Yeah thought there were a few ahead of Higgins that warranted a bake....Browns problem was apart from Hill and Higgins he couldnt remember anyone else.
Yeah totally different to the way Ellis was received when we played GC last year, he's still clearly a very good mate to some of our players, not sure Higgo is.Yeah I picked up on some unfriendliness, when we have played against other ex tigers , plenty of smiles and jokes ,

Yeah but the bar is pretty low - Browny's a Rhodes Scholar compared to Jobe Watson and Joel Selwood! Was a great player but let's be honest Browny is lucky he has a job in the media.
He’d done it tough as a kid and was probably honest to the group in wanting to secure his life post footy. Hard to begrudge that after giving it his best for the Tigers. Will always be Tiger to me.Yeah totally different to the way Ellis was received when we played GC last year, he's still clearly a very good mate to some of our players, not sure Higgo is.
Jack R was giving him a mouth full. Thought he was giving some friendly banter until Another saint player started pushing Jack away.Yeah I picked up on some unfriendliness, when we have played against other ex tigers , plenty of smiles and jokes ,
