I'm of the view that Mark Ricciuto is part of the problem. He has massive clout at the club but I don't think he is very supportive of his team.
If you ever listen to his commentary of Crows games he is rarely supportive or complimentary. By comparison, Richo calls it like he sees it but you always know that he's a Richmond man.
Roo just comes across as he's better than any of them.

How little the youngters appreciate the past. John (homophone) Nix was a brilliant ressies coach for us in the late sixties. Should have had a perfect record in 66 but for a bit of dodgy paperwork.
