Wow Dan did a great job to retain him and you post this dribble. Is it any wonder you have no credibility.

He walked out, if GWS said come in, he was gone wake up

Shows you how stupid the voting system is. Rance is easily in the top handful of players in the comp yet ends up with 4 votes way down the order.

Full backs were often winners eons ago. its become faintly ridiculous the voting patterns .... when in doubt the gun midfielder (of the winning side) gets the three votes. 2 vote to gun of opponent if close match, or to 2nd gun of winning team if a thrashing. That's what happens when 3 umpries get together to confer on the votes - consensus prevails. One umpire days they made up their own mind and saw a hell of lot less FANBOY media.

This huge flaw still exists and it's why most players state they'd rather win a GF instead. Surely the KP players must have a say in changing the voting system.

How bad was Bruce's fawning?

He and Cameron ling are unbearable with their hero worship.

Its quite sad to see how far Bruce has declined in his dotage. Does anyone in Media have superiors who tell them when they aren't doing what they are required to do?

And Ling is just cringe worthy, for a recent player he gives no insight, at all. Hoping like hell he doesn't bring Richo down to his level.

Dusty finishes in the top 10, makes his AA snub a little more controversial.

I thought he would get 16-20 but top 7 whoa! Dusty ! and that was not polling until round 8.

And if Cotch ever plays another consistent season he is chance too. 17 votes and he played several no/low impact games and a couple more middling ones.

equal 2nd most votes per club with hawks and Freo, its a top four finish.
pity the reality of our season didn't match the potential.

I backed Dusty on the back of a very good pre-season and we had an ordinary start to the season that stuffed that bet up, but a big finish - he certainly gets the eye of the umpires.

Dunno about the rest but Dusty was lucky to get 2 against Kangas in the last round but fantastic effort. Doesn't seem right that he is yet to get an All Australian.

To think Fyfe should have been a Tiger. Is going to win more.

Great effort by many Tigers. We have a few capable if they have brilliant years!

Dusty midfield next year and he could snare it 2016. Certainly catches the attention of the umpires as Cotch does!

*smile* the Brownlow. Couldn't care two sh!ts if any of our players snared it, if we don't win a premiership or at least a couple of finals matches.

Such a wasted opportunity. Need to take the chance when you have it. Nothing is assured. Certainly, a finals place next year isn't even assured. Do we think 12 months ago Port supporters would expect they would have missed finals this season, considering they were practically one kick away from a premiership.

PRE was just a good place to post for a time during the season. Tigers winning and the trolls mostly in their caves.

Plenty of experts had Port nailed firmly into the top 4, and more than a few had them playing off in the GF. Nat Fyfe would much rather be playing on Saturday (he would if he didn't have a broken leg) than picking up the Midfielder's...sorry Brownlow Medal.

Ive only been on here for a few years but this is the worst i have seen, that pess guy and even zipper took a spell for most of the year, its endless rubbish and baiting, i don't respond but it detracts from PRE, if theres anything that can be done such as banning for a period it should be considered as most of it is not constructive it is endless bagging of the club and players...

Criticism is fine even more so if its contructive, however virtually everything that comes out is baiting rubbish from a few! #overit

Should also say well done to Nat Fyfe, absolute champion, Someone posted some stats on Twitter...

Fyfe has polled 3 votes 24 times in 101 H & A games (23.76%) he is BOG.... amazing

Next best was a guy called Mark Dwyer @ 18.18% played 11 games

Judd's Mrs looked a treat again last night.

No disrespect mate but I was hoping she'd go ass over head - can't stand the big headed *smile* - all about her!

It is a real shame that this award has become a midfielder's award in the past two decades. Even rucks are largely ignored. That means roughly two thirds of the competition are 'ineligible'.

Our own Alex and Jack were so good this year - and no doubt there are many others who polled poorly.

I guess midfielders spend more time under the umps' noses, but it would be great if the AFL could find a way to make this award more meaningful. Perhaps the reserve ump plays a larger role.

Having said this, Fyfe is one of the most deserving winners in the past decade.
