Here here YT........with one more year left in Frawelys contract expect him to coach and recruit for the present and neglect rebuilding for the future........he will only be concerned about saving his job.........we will see more of the same next year.
Richmond has been in a rebuilding stage for the past 20 years.
You can trade our best 5 players at the club and look at our recruiting of past years. We'd replace them with no hopers.
We need to hang on to the likes of Richo, Gaspar and Campbell as we need a good mix of exprience to assist in developing some of the younger players.
We have certainly missed the presence of Campbell on the field.

Is it possible for the members at the AGM to cast a vote of no confidence with the present board and demand a new board? Lil, can you please clarify this?

As to whether a no confidence motion can be passed against the board. I not 100% sure Julz. It all depends what the Club's constitution says. I would think that there would be a clause in there (similar to what those Calrton Members used last year) somewhere.
However, to get a new board Julz you need people to want to do it and have the resources. I investigated all this last year - the time needed etc and it is huge committment in both time and $$
I reckon we should partition big Rex to take on the presidency.

Thanks for that Lil. At present, I guess there would be a lot of people who would baulk at being on the Richmond board.
