What strange timing involved in this, 1 day after trade period ends. Surely the coach would want a chance for his team, or are they giving the new coach a hall pass for his 1st year, knowing they can blame it on the list "not being his list".

I’ve never rated Ratten as a coach either at Carlton or St Kilda. Seems a nice guy, but just very plain coaching wise. Longer term, they weren’t going anywhere with Rats.

None the less, this is staggering news. They tip into him…..then just like that they tip out. They are, and always have been, a rabble.
