Eagles-Desperado

Jerry Jeff Walker/Riding High

Whoops had better stop...can't come up with 10....they'd change every day depending on my mood.

I don't laugh Rosy, and I agree with your Emmy and Eagles choices.
But if I put up my choices you'd think you were definitely NOT a dinosaur as most of the stuff I like was written in the Eighteenth Century.

Yikes. This is another impossible thread to answer! So many great albums. I go through stages, but usually always find myself coming back to:

1. Showbiz Kids - Steely Dan
2. Girl in the Other Room - Diana Krall
3. Award Winner - Stan Getz
4. Throwing Copper - Live
5. Red Hot Chillies Greatest Hits
6. Live at Blues Alley - Eva Cassidy
7. A Funk Odyssey - Jamiroquai
8. Soul Vaccination - Tower of Power
9. Beuna Vista Social Club
10. Big Calm - Moorcheeba

...oh and lately Maroon 5 Acoustic (although I hate their version of Highway to Hell - no band can ever pull off a good AC/DC cover IMHO!!)

ps, your list is great Rosy! Harvest was his best and I love all Pink Floyd, Jackson Browne, Lou Reed and Emylou too.

Come on Andy! There's a good chance we've all got some of those 18th century old beauties! ;D

I got to like them because they continually seemed to support the Oils through the mid 80's.  They sort of vanished very quickly though.

The Venue just closed down in the early 90's I think, can;t remember why. Great place to watch live bands - crowded, sweaty, VB cans.

Got me on the nightclub - they weren't really my thing. I'm sure someone will know.

...and the cigarette smoke flying around.

Venue closed in the 90's maybe because the music was starting to die as I can see nowadays.

I went to The Espy several times.
