I hope Bond keeps a close eye on him, both before and after the psd.

Geez I'm glad you explained your Avatar there TBH - looked like another JB picture of Redford with nothing on a but a ponytail!

Re: Ben Cousins a tiger?

"The Tigers sparked wide-spread speculation they were interested in throwing the Brownlow Medallist a life line when they partitioned the AFL on Wednesday for permission to rookie list injured defender Graham Polak."

Yep, we've split them up into three mutually opposed factions.

Re: Plans to make him a Tiger.

....and this derserves starting ANOTHER Cousins thread because??

Re: Ben Cousins a tiger?

Prompt work Disco, well done. Now there's only 7 other Cousins threads requiring merging. ;)

Re: Ben Cousins a tiger?

Disagree. There's 5 and they seem to have differing discussions. In this case, where conversation is going to be dominated so much by one topic, I think it's better to steer away from one mega thread for the time being. Don't worry though, it'll all die down soon enough and we can go back to having a 'round 1 teams' thread started every second day for 3 months.

Well there's this one, "I can't wait for Cousins to..." , "Ben Cousins: yes or no poll" , "10,000,000 Cousins threads", "What stops another team taking BenC before us" , "Dejavu all over again", "Benny on Youtube" and "Done deal - Ben Cousins coming to Richmond".

But yes, I guess we'll have to wait til Monday. Then we can read
"Where's Ben most suited to play", "What No. should we give Ben?" "Should Ben play Rd 1?" and many other thrilling threads.

Re: Ben Cousins a tiger?

I want to start a thread entitled "Why does no-one question Judd's shaved look?" but where would it be moved to ???

Re: Ben Cousins a tiger?

After all that we've gone through in the past few days, if we decide not to take Cousins, will this actually hurt the club more now?

Everyone's hopes are up and if they were shot down just like that it may leave many a Richmond supporter ticked off.

Re: Ben Cousins a tiger?

is there any truth to the rumour that micahel voss and gubby allen had a teleconference call with eddie and their private investigater the morning of the national draft and the PI had a lot of interesting things to share...?

Brisbane made it public that they would not take Cousins before the morning of the national draft! Hence I suspect it is BS.

Putting your kids in danger compared to poisoning ones own body.

I could hazard a guess as to which of these two Perth residents is a *smile* of a human being, and it ain't the high profile one.

FWIW - If we draft Ben on Tuesday, I'll have a little chuckle at your expense.

Yes it is true but the storey goes that the PI had no info on Cousins but did say to Eddie that the pubs owned by the Collingwood Football Club are as profitable as the local car industry. :help :hihi

Yeah I feel a bit ripped. I started a new one and it was merged within a nansecond.

Number 55 BTW.

I doubt Eddie would share any information that he paid for with any other AFL club. Eddie isn't that sharing IMO.
