here are some roughies to throw in the mix that i have picked for this weeks round....

Crawford for Most Disposals tonight at $7 - always a chance and plays well in interstate matches

Lade for most goals tonight at $14 - he is named at FF and can kick bags of 4 or 5 at FF when Tredrea is struggling to score and mark williams looks like fading only tredrea or lade have a chance i think..

Real chance to jag the leading weekly goal scorer this week...
Russel Robbertson for most goals for the round at $31 -west coast game looks like a shoot out.... he's hitting form kicking alot of goals and taking alot of marks with great feed - look at his record against W.C its 3,5,5,3 in 4 last 4 matches and without nietz him, yze or holland will have to kick a bagl - very good round to back a roughie as richo is struggling or out...brown gone...no worries on hall or frasor...only worry is about tonights game with tredrea and williams ...williams is struggling and Tredrea was innaccurate last week...

I also like Mathew Robbins at $51 - can kick a goal and may line up against carlton at FF or FP with Carlton struggling and W.B mid-field firing i like his chances also like Matera at $31 - with his good record against melbourne and good form leading into this game but will line up no doubt on whelan who has shut down smaller forwards all year ... also like Robert Murphy at $26 and also like ken mcgregor at $41

Like your thinking impact but for the high - lows I'm backing the following:

Freo - Carl $33
Freo - Hawks $19
Port - Carl $24
W C - Carl $85
W C - Hawks $48

West Coast may not win but Dees games are generally high scoring so if they get leg weary the Coaters may finish all over them. Good value IMO. Carl are just rubbish and in the humidity in Darwin might just toss in the towel. Bulldogs, if at fullstrength would be a monty to kick the sweep. Hawks will also cop a pasting but the game will tend to be high scoring or low scoring. Unlikely to br Port - Hawks as it is rarely the same game and $11 offers no value.

Freo the other chance. Kicked a big score against the Dees and the wide open spaces should be able to exploit the Kangas and win confortably.

like your thinking but i think teams that play against bulldogs generaly score over 80 points for some reason probly because they have a small backline

Take your point re bulldogs. i'm punting a bit on a low scoring game due to the humidity, being away from Melbourne and Carlton just being plain bad.

I had an absolute spew tonight.

Took a quarter quad as such:
quarter Port 1-36
Half Port 25-72
Three quarter Port49+
Fulltime Port 73+

Cost $18

You wouldn't believe it, missed by 1 point on the half time score and it paid $7,500 for a dollar. One more bracket would have cost $4.50 for $3,250! Bloody Mark Williams kicked one from 50 with less than a minute to go! Port then kicked the next 16 or so.

Bloody stiff, don't think I'll sleep tonight.

Now that is unlucky jb. No furniture was smashed in the house? What happened to you always happens to me, missing out on things by one point, but I don't think I ever had $3250 riding on it. That was a bloody good bet jb.

Should be right with the cats. They'll lose tomorrow I reckon. May blow out a bit. Really need to back Brisbane if you're keen before the cats game. IF they win, they'll shorten right up, if they lose the can't win it anyway.

Disastrous weekend for me impact. Collectless. Thought last weekend was too good to be true. Do you know what the odds were for the high - low double. I assume most results with Port were relatively short.

port freo was paying $90 but i had crows-freo at $180 thats why im so pissed

i rated freo a chance as low but it seemed the TAB suggested otherwise because freo as low was the second most unlikley to occur when looking at the odds....

Thanks. Didn't think Freo would be the low myself. Thought the blues were a good thing for that. WIll try again next week, only 12 combinations!
