Interesting take by Dermie. He said Ouzo is renowned as one of the best tactical coaches in the game and was one of the key drivers in the Hawks premiership era.
Yze announced as senior coach
Richmond is delighted to announce it has appointed Adem Yze as the Club’s new senior coach.
I'm usually rapt when we get someone new in the club but I can't see him over coming the Richmond Hate Squad that will come for him as soon as we start dropping down the ladder.
Fingers crossed the blokes in the list team can find 2 or 3 gems because we are no where near it.

Here's a bloke that's done some apprenticeship. You'd be hard-pressed to find someone more ready for a senior role as he is. Tigers have done well here.
