Gee this thread has twisted and turned since I last checked in. I can't work out the relevance of wind at night (It's certainly not rare where I live) and ex-partners being bitter to 9/11. Whether a noise is heard or not can depend on many factors, eg being in a deep sleep, sound insulation of house and surrounds, whether alcohol or drugs were used, whether music was being played, individual hearing levels etc etc. Ex partners can be friendly or bitter, same with friends and neighbours. Regardless of the relevance it seems there's a lot of trying to fit square pegs in round holes on this thread.

Yeah, I'd go further though rosy, a square peg will go into a round hole if you bash it hard enough.

Can't recall and I've fallen (again) into the trap of chasing my tail clarifying irrelevant issues ( which as we know is the MO of the theorist. Keep the opposition on their toes by getting them chasing red herrings!)

Anyway, the facts are that the police have declared it a murder/ suicide by Marshall and until there's genuine proof ( not fanciful stuff like he was a liitle league coach or the neighbours said he was a good dad) of anything otherwise it's all moot.

What's that proof exactly?

The points I asked about are as far from irrelevant to this case (and Hopsicker's article) as you can get.

Another example of the pathological pattern of this thread. This dude unexpectedly kills his own children, a tragic event that happens too regularly. Thats not good enough for Disco, the fact his dude coached junior sport somehow makes the case irrefutebly unique, he makes this implication with a straight face (as far as I can tell). He makes a demand for examples, as has happened time and again, examples are provided. Does Disco make a concession? Nope, ignore pesky logical evidence that refutes extremely heresay-based tenuous conspiracy and carry on regardless.

When's the last time you made a concession on this thread?

The point about Marshall coaching the little league team is more about his personality. Nowhere did I say it made this case unique at all but by all means use that as an excuse to insult my intelligence for the hundredth time on this thread.

Farquarson demonstrated motive. Did Marshall?

Can you give some specific examples please?

The seemingly respected investigative journalist who reported the anomalies of the Marshall case did so after spending a week where it happened. You don't think he'd be in a pretty good position to make these assertions. For example he's spoken to all the neighbours about not hearing gunshots so you'd imagine he'd have taken into account the proximity of the houses and the likelihood gunshots could have reasonably been expcted to be clearly heard.

Divorced couples are far more likely to be bitter towards echother than remain friends. There's nothing at all controversial about that.

Its not my intention to insult, and I'm not getting kicks out of, just calling it as I see it. Maybe I'm crazy.

Here's Larry's latest investment: the 1WTC - Freedom Tower ready to open later this year.

Better prepared for any future terrorism with 3 foot thick concrete walls and windows with blast resistant plastic.

That's all for show, the I-beams are already wired up with C4 and "nano-thermite"

Anyone see 'Conspiracy Theory Road Trip' on ABC 2? It was good. Dude took 4 pommy conspiracy theorists about the London 7/7 bombings and took them on a road trip to investigate key conspiracy pillars. It was very similar to this thread. Only 1 was sticking to his guns by the end. He kind-of conceded on some key points, but would then say 'but that doesn't disprove all this other stuff. He reminded me of someone.

Hope its on iview

Did the 7/7 bombings have a sham of an official investigation that was widely critcised by highly credentialled people from any number of relevant fields? Do the 7/7 conspriracy theories have the support of thousands of experts and insiders? Are there any whistle blowers?

I don't understand Larry. Didn't he pull them because they were a bad investment? Why would he rebuild after the insurance scam of the century left him wealthier than before? Must be covering his tracks or something.

To put these events in perspective, imagine that a person leases an expensive house, and immediately takes out an insurance policy covering the entire value of the house and specifically covering bomb attacks. Six weeks later two bombs go off in the house, separated by an hour. The house burns down, and the lessor immediately sues the insurance company to pay him twice the value of the house, and ultimately wins. The lessor also gets the city to dispose of the wreckage, excavate the site, and help him build a new house on the site.
