Don’t know about angry streak but he was a new captain and still saw it as his responsibility to stand up to Wallace and tell him it was in everybody’s best interests if he left. If I remember correctly Newman was still being mentored by Kane Johnson but he didn’t shirk the issue.
Doesn’t have the same high profile in the media as some but I believe he’s quality

Mini already has the job a 3 year deal has been agreed upon hence the retirements his starting to make his mark on setting the list up to where he wants it moving forward

At least if mini has always been the incumbent, he would already know which assistants he wants. It worries me none currently there have been informed not required next year.
So Mini was ahead of McRae, Leppich and Kingsley. I’m calling bull dust on that.

He was 30 years old in 2016, didn’t even become an assistant as a line coach until 2017
He may or may not become senior coach but to say that he has already been appointed and the process we are running is essentially a sham is laughable
