2024 Richmond Coach

Could the club be riding on this?
A side hustle turned into a sweet addition to the softcap.

"all we gotta do is schedule the interviews so thet drag out, wait until Melbourne are out and all the assistants are finishing up, and then our man is at juicy juicy odds. We tip in Dimma's leftover busfares and we bring it home!"

They will announce it tommorow. But the bloke that just sent me the message is pretty good.

Quick glance, but appears Sportsbet have pulled their market. So there’s been a development of some sort or another.

I have absolutely no idea how any of the potential candidates will go, but after scouring the internet and listening to xav Clarke talk on many videos, I gotta say, he’s amazing to listen to. He comes across as very smart, and very authentic and emotionally intelligent. I’d be happy if he was the one we go with. Not sure what he’d be like tactically, but as far as how he comes across as a person, he sounds great.

This is becoming like Chinese whispers. Now Clarke this long to appoint a bloke sitting on our door step for how long either it's bs or the process has been flawed since so many candidates pulled out.

Nothing wrong with having a great communicator coaching on the boundary and handling the media while a great tactician is upstairs on game day and in a war room evolving strategy during the week. Who those two could be is the great question.

Wouldn’t worry about how many pulled out they either couldn’t meet the criteria or are after an easy gig
Thats not what we want as one of the biggest AFL clubs we need a coach that’s up for the challenge

We took this method right out of the AFL’s playbook

You do know how long the search for a new AFL CEO took...? And it cost them over $1m to appoint a bloke sitting on their door step.
