2024 Draft Thread

What about Harrison Oliver Jayfox? Looks a tougher version of Lindsay to me?
Really like him gspot. He's tough, has good pace and a beautiful left shoe. Could play that hybrid defender (lock down/run off) role really well but could also transition to a high half forward/rotating mid. I'd really like him with one of our later picks. Highly likely type of player to make a decent career out of it.

Warming to Smilie as he’s a good decision maker and has composure, is decent at ground level and can kick. I’m worried about his pace though. How did he test?

Boy north are dumb, they believe Tarau could be a generational key forward or at a minimum a rance style key back ,but because others rank him maybe 10-20,then actually will pick what they don't need and damage their own club.
Just pick the guy.

Strong Body and okay size for a KPF but plays more like an opportunistic 3rd tall at times. VFL from was encouraging as that hybrid tall up forward as it was multiple games with multiple goals but not against great opponents. He can be good overhead mark even under pressure, showed this at the carnival. Finds space very well inside 50, especially against lesser opponents. Speaks to good leading patterns and smarts. Lovely set shot kick for goal which translates to his field kicking too. Not quick though. Seriously lacks burst which will make it harder to get free on leads at AFL level unless his body work and leading patterns are elite. Solid prospect though if gains can be made in this area.
Great posting mate. Concise and articulate. More please.

Do you have a value pick for a key position player in this draft or are they all slightly overrated?

Yeah seems that way Hazey Days

Just way to much intel now everywhere on this happening...

And I should know as I've just spent the last 7 hrs at work (work...he he) looking at PRE, SEN, Every phantom draft known to man, You tube, Big Footy (feel dirty), One Eyed Richmond Forum (that's where Claw went  ) Richmond FC, Herald Sun and a bit of Onlyfans and I'm cooked.

Time to head home...throw the ball to the dog and log back on...big night coming up !
Not heading to PRO, mate?

Geez posters Jayfox & Hopper returning. Very 2004 vibes.:))

I can understand some returning as there hasn't been a haul like this since Miller and Co picked the eyes out of the 2004 draft. Meyer, Pattison and Polo the cream on top ;)

So if Duz is presenting the jumper it looks like we're not resting the #4.....which I don't mind. Time to fill #8, #9, #11 and#12 again.

Correct me if i'm wrong but they seldom if ever allocate actual numbers on draft night they just present a plain guernsey for the draftees to don.

Talk is that Cotch and Riewoldt also presenting jumpers? it does not mean that player will be allocate their number.
