Tiges V Coburg game day.

Another excellent game by Biggie playing very well as our main ruck
Great taps marks and kicks

Just watched a bit of this. Sonzie kicks the ball to a team mate and it is a low direct pass, not a looping kick which spends half an hour in the air. We need this at seniors level, way too many passes spend so much time in the air that the opposition get time to come in and spoil or intercept mark.

Sonsie clearly above VFL level. Nothing to be gained leaving him there, he should be doing his development in the AFL from now on. His field kicking on either foot is sublime.

Cumbo, Clarke, Sonsie, Campbell, Green are the future. Hopefully we rotate them through the side and see what theyā€™ve got.

Sonz great game, 31 disposals, 4 tackles, 6 clearances.

Bauer 3.2
Bradtke 2.3
Should have kicked 7 or 8 but take five for their second game as teammates.

Looks like Biggie is doing a great job of embracing being first ruck.

Nice!

The Sonz couldn't have done anything more in that game. If they are happy with his fitness. then surely he comes back to the AFL, either this week, or potentially the week after (I suspect neither Cotch or Jack will travel to Adelaide in Round 5)

BTW both Campbell and Green are Baker clones. Clean with their ball use and both (particularly Steely) love the rough stuff.

Still no left foot though. Always looking for his right.
May as well have no feet the way he kicks. good conditions for him today with the repeat stoppages so he can feed out the handballs, but still find him a bit sloppy and fumbly unfortunately. Should be doing a lot better in his 4th year as a first round pickā€¦ The Sonz on the other handā€¦ that kid is going to be an absolute star. Involved in so many scoring chains today and uses it beautifully by both feet, and also by hand
