There sure is muchly goodness in those numbers! And with the 'trip to Cairns' comp up-and-running we will hopefully get a few 3 gamers onboard this week.

I think the club should really go hard at it for a week to cross the line

We'll get 10K new members thats a given, still 8 weeks to go for the June 30th cut off date

Total Members i think we will hit 47 or 48K

What was our final number last year?

cant remember fully, combined i think 42K

me thinks anywhere between 3 and 5 thousand still haven't resigned, thats a guesstimate btw

Ul always have some not renew thats the nature of the beast and it happens to all clubs, i think our member retention rate is pretty high, we'll have a few thousand more re-join by June 30th, another 2 or 3K i reckon...

If we subtract our new members.. 45, 298 - 9715 = 35, 573.
And say we had 42, 500 last year. 42, 500 - 35, 573 = 6927 who havnt rejoined.

rokin to late in the evening with all those stats, hope the club contacts the members from last year who haven't resigned as yet...
Im sure they did early this year Jan/Feb but will they once again over the course of May

Some "tigers" didn't rejoin because they chucked a hissy fit when we didn't beat the filth in round 1. :hihi

Don't forget the Collins trade protest. Then the Houli pick fiasco. Conca reach screw up. The Hislop shocker. And finally the Mates for Miller insurance pick.

Enough guaranteed stuff ups there for many wise football brains to decide we're going backwards and not worthy of membership.

No Cousins factor either.

My understanding is that the club has contacted all the members who have no re-signed.

6 games in it will be getting a lot harder to convinced people to buy memberships from here. Expect a trickle but maybe they can snag some more on the 3 game deal.

Their 'free-kids' idea is a good one as it gets people on the database for next season and beyond.
