Hes banned from the site isn't he, so why keep it going?

if you read my opening post it clearly states why i started this thread so i'm not sure why you ask about that.

i will repeat...it was advice given to me before by the computer crime squad in regard to another incident on pre. it is not bullying. it's the first and last step before he's reported. his behaviour is disturbing as you say, extremely disturbing in fact. him being banned from this site hadn't stopped his continued harassment by email or requests to stop contacting me. do you think i should have to just put up with it. i'm not willing to do that sorry. i get some extremely nasty emails but ignore them and the people venting their spleen move on. this person doesn't.

i've had heaps of emails from him but thankfully none since this thread was started. if it fires him up as you suggest he will be reported. he's breaking the law. it will save a lot of resources if he just moves on.

as for the person's name he chose to make it available for people on here to know when he was spamming for votes for his dog.

only once before to an extreme extent. there were actual threats in regard to my family and myself. one of the people involved even posted my address in the pre guest book and spammed the chat room making it obvious he knew where i lived. i was also getting anonymous, unsolicited phone calls one of them from the mobile phone of one of the people involved. the police paid him a visit and referred me to the computer crime squad....who advised naming and shaming is usually effective in stopping cyber bullying.

i've had several people send me vitriolic emails...usually referring to *insert any insult about weight and sexual promiscuity, endless profanities and vitriolic spittle* but i ignore them and they stop. all it does to me is convince me how better off pre is without them.

the person referred to in this thread has a different reaction to not being responded to and he, up until now, has continued to email me when requested to leave me alone.

Well, some people really need to get out more. Football is just a game and this is just a place to talk about it (which we do not own and has rules to abide by). Meanwhile in Syria.......
