Who should be captain in 2023?

Keep it as is. Too early to be making changes. You don’t wanna be panicking and saying to one or both of our club stalwarts that you’ve lost faith in them after just 12 months.

That’s bad old Richmond sort of stuff.

100 Percent.

Captaincy takes times to grow into. Even Chimp did.

Good discussion point, but crazy to think about changing now after such an exhaustive, player led process last year.

Don't like two captains.
Give it to Lynch.

But saying that
I prefer stability.
If the duo were not select than my choice would be Tom.
But for the time being we back in our blokes.

Jack Graham was my choice a year ago and hasnt changed. Poo pooed by many on here and it made me laugh the posts knocking him.
Its almost like some ppl forgot 2017, 2019 and some of 2020. He is a warrior. More important, he is a natural leader.
But he is young.

Either way, the club wont be changing it after just one year.
To do so, would embarass the 2 players.

Unless one of the captains pro-actively asks to be relieved of the captaincy to focus on their game, their body.

Best thing to do is to continue the leadership training we have done these last few years under Curry/Murray - and elevate the focus on leadership training with a view to pushing forward the next gen asap. Reckon we have a few gaps here which is natural given an aging list.
