Frawley made silly errors thinking he was doing the best thing for the club.
Wallace thought he knew better.
Wallace was worse IMO.

Miller tried to do everything had a bit of an eye for talent but a shocking football administrator.
Wallace had too much ego and a totally flawed philosophy.
Too close to call, but hang on what makes me sick in the guts though is the second two clowns had the opportunity to watch the first circus act and not repeat the same mistakes - they then proceeded to go out and make exactly the same mistakes. Errors that the average PRE'nder could see a mile away - they were quite simply pathetic.
I've decided - Miller and Wallace due to the opportunity they were presented with i.e. they had it on a platter to build the club up from scratch and they butchered it completely. A truly disgraceful effort, one that may have cost the club its long term viability as a traditional powerhouse.

both have grim ripper stamped on there foreheads, from becks constant below par recruiting and trading for average footballers using very high picks. no future planning, overall a s..t job

Miller and Wallet for mine. Squandered five years and delivered us the worst list in the competition. Via arrogance and incompetence refused to take advantage of the drafting system when it was at it's most advantageous. And worst of all has gifted us this abysmal list when we are most unable to do anything about it due to the compromised drafts. It will take many, many years for the damage these two selfish individuals have inflicted upon this club to be remedied.
I'm mixing it up a bit and saying Beck and Wallace. Miller was doing approximately 10,382 jobs at the club at the time. I'm not excusing him because I think alot of that was his own fault, but if he was able to just concentrate on recruiting, maybe things might have been better. And Yeah No from day 1 was out of his depth whereas Wallace knew better.
Frawley by miles - simple fact is that Wallace inherited a list with a missing generation.
The list Frawley inherited wasn't really that bad - but was shot to pieces by the time he was done.
The list was no worse when Wallace left than when he arrived - which is not to excuse him, it should have been much better.
On the other hand, Frawley was an idiot, so no surprise he buggered it up. Wallace should have known better.
