Well done Richmond Football Club

PRIDE? What pride!!!

They were an emabarrassment last week against Collingwood. One of the most shameful games Ive ever seen the club
play.
They have no Pride!!!

hmm claw is one who has stayed away from baloos posts. but claw feels he will have a say on this. in short in the main i think i agree. just one thing that concerns claw. in moving forward im not so sure about how enveloping the review was. list management and recruiting need much work i dont see any wheels in motion. we can keep the media at bay and appoint a coach but if these two areas continue to fail we will fail.

No offence but are you expecting them to publicly announce everything they think? Of course you have seen no list management or recruiting work the club should be doing that behind close doors and that is where it should be staying.

I agree with the opening post except that I will be a lot happier when we do know who is being delisted and who is staying and who is going that will go a fair way as to whether we really are starting to turn the club around.

Hopefully the professionalism off field will soon lead to some on field. Off field, the club has been accountable, hard working, thorough in its preparation (the process) and ultimately successful. This has to rub off on to the playing group as the appointments the administration have made stamp their authority over the group.

The Casey era at Richmond is over.

I agree essentially, however the recruited players are only as good as the facilities, and programmed development that the club is prepared to put into them. We've been disgraceful in fitness etc for years, change that and develop the players accordingly, then I think we will move forward.

Off field the Tigers have done very well. Sticking to the process was excellent, I see Hardwick as the beginning of the end (of sloppy football and poor culture), but Richmond still have a long way to go before anyone be they staff, players or just us can even think about final's football let alone a flag.
