Anybody who thinks Fleming should be patted on the back obviously doesn't remember how they felt about Libba hitting Knights or Brereton clocking Free.

Was *smile* effort by Fleming. 3-4 weeks is appropriate. Going on past even though eh wasnt convcited of any of hte charges i would say they would count against him.
