Welcome to Tigers: Jason Castagna

Well done Georgie. Its easy to forget he is only 22 years old and I am one of those people who is probably too quick to yell out ffs George during a game only to be reminded he is still a pup.

Funny, I'd decided it was gonna be wet so I was going to back small for goals

then went to training to study the form.

George kicked 0.7 at training, while stackman and $hai probably went about 5.2 each.

so I ruled a line through George.

but he' got all his misses out on Friday. :p

super hard working, polished game by George by george.

Might have only been against the lowly Suns but that was the best game he has played for us. Superb.

Agreed Olden that was some performance from George.

No doubt be able to trade him to QLD if we wanted to, hes impressed against both the White Elephants and the Bears over recent outings.

Great game. Hopefully gives him confidence to perform well against better teams. Opposition just let him run wherever he wanted to go, particularly in the first half.

As pure football enigma as there is, terrible, fantastic, skilled, deplorable, and all in the space of every 1/4 he plays. Will never die wondering.... but as a fan, ya never know what your going to get!

Castagna gives his all and when he plays well we usually slap teams.
He has gone past Rioli and Butler.

Wouldn’t mind seeing George get into Shaw next week, actually I’d rather Towner get into Shaw, however I think George will be the only one in the 22

Really firing now after working into the year off no pre-season.

Fantastic little footballer, with a combination of traits leysy hasn't seen.

Love the little pocket of power near as much as Chimp and Lablett.

For a young bloke off a limited preseason, he's quietly had a pretty good year. Been the most consistent of the smalls.

How could you hate him? Pretty sure I'm right in saying only Jack has kicked more goals for us since the start of 2017. Another beaut game today. Presence.

Edit: Dusty's kicked more than him as well.
