Welcome to the Tigers Oleg Markov

Absolute gun.
Will be in best 22 next year.
Hope Hardwick just backs the kid in for the rest of the year.

What a great debut. Did not look out of place.

Two things that stood out for me;

1) His love for the contest.
2) He is a gut runner. Watched him on numerous occasions run hard to create the overlap.

I saw him earlier in the year in the Vfl and whilst you could see talent he didn't look ready.
I hadn't see him play since but he looked ready tonight.

Posted a similar thing a page or two back sin.

The Lego Man played a great debut. Looks so composed, has pace and neat skills. If he doesn't have an AFL career, it's not because he doesn't have the right attributeS

I don't pretend to know much about the juniors but this kid looked to have it 12 months before he was eventually drafted by us.
Teams will regret not taking him. Very glad he is a Tiger.

This batch is unlike so many we've drafted, they play to win and they want to be the reason we will win, they run hard to be an option, they demand the ball, they back themselves to hit the target and weather it be a ground ball or in the air they go when it's there turn to go. So different to most of our big blokes

Awesome debut. The shame is he hasn't played earlier.

Playing in the twos for Richmond is toxic. It doesn't help the kids it wears them down.
I was always big on having our own 2nds team, but after watching the same *smile* for 5 years.
I would propose piggy back off a traditional VFL team again but not Coburg.

Ummmmm so how does that work zippers?

George, Oleg, Mendoo, CEllis, Rioli, KMac, Broad, Short, even Drummond n Lennon. All recent youngsters who play magoos footy to learn n develop n grow n when not injured get a senior run to show what they've been able to learn.
Which of the young kids n newbies is worn down from magoos footy........ Beanie? Elton? Did Flossy or B Ellis or Griff get worn down by playing toxic two's over the years?

He really stands out live at the game. You can't help but notice him, something about his height or up right gait.

He certainly does glide around. Always running off to present for the ball. Very refreshing compared to the normal stagnation.
