Welcome to the Tigers Nathan Broad

Not worth the risk then.

Broady mightve been a chance at getting back in the finals but it looks like they might've gone too hard too early with his return and shanked it.

No need to be risking the agility and mobility of two of our best athletes who rely so much on their agility and athleticism.

Agree as our season is all but over not worth risking all those currently injured by hurrying them back. Would be happier to have them all cherry ripe for the start of next season

Impact injuries cannot be prevented but it does appear on face value that our managment of injured athletes hasn’t been handled as well as in previous seasons when Rob Innes was in charge of strength and conditioning.
Players breaking down during rehab, having further set backs and in some cases, like Prestia, coming back underdone.
Wasn’t long ago, players were coming back from injury in absolute peak condition.
Or we are just having an extraordinary run of bad luck.

I don’t think it’s coincidence that where he is is having an extraordinary run of good luck...

Innes is a massive loss

must have had a setback as Burge was confident about him a couple of weeks ago.

Or he pushed to come back too soon. If he came back it would have been the quickest return from a syndesmosis of all time.

It's old father time.

Think we confused good luck and superior management in the 2017-2019 run. Not just in injury and fitness areas but right across the club.
Josh Bruce fir Dogs shows what bad luck can mean. Surely no one says his injury was due to the dogs having an inferior fitness coach.

We could do with Broad's height 192 (6-3.5) and agility for spoiling or intercept marking right now. Our half-backs Stack, Rioli, Martyn and sometimes Baker are all under 180 and may be found out tonight when we are not playing the bottom side.

Need a big year from Boobs. I reckon one of the most under rated players in the comp. Was the only one killing it the night he went down.

With Nathan we know what we will get. He may not be an 'A' grader skill wise but he works and runs all day for the cause leaving nothing left in the tank at the final siren. Each year he has improved so expect the same again from my boy!

Big fan of Broady. Reckon he would do well on the wing. Would hurt a few too. Bit like KMac but with a bit better skills.

Would like to see Broad & KMac on the wings. Not sure where Marlion would fit.
