Welcome Jacob Koschitzke

Agree on the backup ruck bit.

He at least competed in aerial contests which Lafau was non existent in.

Keep him in but bring in Ryan/Naismith so either way we have a strong contest when going forward
None of Ryan, Kosi, Naismith or Lefau are capable of providing a strong contest. On today's evidence Kosi is the least likely. He's timid and not interested.

Well he’s signed up for two more years after this and as we know, our cupboard is well & truly bare for tall forwards until Balta or Lynch make it back.

Until we find another option (2025 now), I’d keep playing him as long as he commits to competing at every contest. As least he gets to them.

Forget Lefau & Ryan offers no better as a key forward. He’ll be 1st ruck or bust (probably the latter).

No point lamenting recruiting or injuries now, we are where we are. Identify best short term options and stick with it for a few weeks.

Surely not serious , Lefau was non existent when the ball was in the air

He's played 3 games. Kosi has played 50. And was outmarked by Wilkie on numerous occasions. It's a real low bar if we won't Kosi to stay in this team. Lefau obviously not the answer either.

If Grimes is right to play next week, could try Young forward. That’s totally in hope than anything else.

Visions of Ryan flying one arm up in marking contests isn’t something I’d want to see. Nothing I saw in Rd 0 on the Gold Coast gave me any confidence. Over to the coaching panel.

Ooze said in his presser that Kosi is going to keep his spot next week, so if he's true to his word then don't bother including him in your omissions. Ooze still backing his players.

Glad we didn’t give Hawthorn what they wanted for him.

Grimesy forward! Wouldn’t really want to play on him. Enjoy his last hurrah and basically we need his contest down there

Call this guy Mr Structure. Because that'd probably be his main reason for playing. Not really adding much more right now.
One thing though, Yze has backed a few in now, and they've come good, or at least improved.
Can he keep being the AFL whisperer?

There is nobody else for a few weeks, unless you have a rabbit . My forward rabbit is Grimesy

Well if you are out there and have been in the AFL system for a number of years, played 50 games and are around 200cm, you've gotta compete. He did not and does not. A more timid big man I have not seen. Got outmarked and pushed off the ball by smaller players all game. Doesn't want it; lacks interest.

Never want to see him play for us again. He was rubbish at Hawthorn; the evidence was there for all to see. Why did we recruit him? Probably because we have neglected to draft key forwards; good ones anyway; since we started winning flags. We probably though Kack and Lynch would never get injured and play forever.

Poor list management has brought us here and it is not a good place.
Keeps his spot according to YZE
