I've not given much thought to this issue.
I look at my framed 2017 & 2019 Premiership posters every single day and consider that an 'unfurling' of sorts.
For me that is a personal ritual of glorifying and re-living those two days, which gives me a lot of gratification!
Having said that, the club must organise a formal unfurling of the 2019 flag at Punt Road in the near future.
They should do it at a family day during pre-season. They could really turn it into an event for the families. Agree, before the first game is hollow, there's other things to worry about by that point, like the season starting in 20 minutes. Anyway, that ship has sailed. Maybe next year.Yes all that.

Running a pennant up a pole 6 months later adds nothing for me, I get more pleasure out of the gold logo on the jumper.
