VFL vs GWS

The best off the ground was the guy who selected our bench. Henderson, Elliot, Soligo and Durham would be very pleased if this was a draft result.
Give the man/woman some praise.
Elliot plays in the NAB for Oakleigh, very reminiscent of Melbourne's Oliver and a strong big bodied mid a great prospect. (15 handballs from inside mid).
Durham beautiful mover, fast who attacks the ball and is a very good mark, aggression I like, good sized HBF.
Henderson, back who finds the ball, some speed and got better as the game went on.
Soligo small fast who was good early, not sure of stamina and may be too small.
GWS had a lot of less than mature bodies so our youngsters could play like for like and did very well.

Whilst CJs performance was good, I'm pretty sure they said the guy playing on him was 188cm.

Listening to X Clarke, Dow apparently lost 6kgs recently from illness. A massive contrast in his game from last week to this week.

Stack building nicely each game.

Wonder if Miller could be a winger, don't see him at this stage with the required intensity to play as a key defender.

This looks a pretty ordinary GWS reserves side.
Yeh, they are not VFL standard. Its why a guy like Eggs is doing so well, the pressure is just not there. This is not a strong tigers VFL side and we haven't exactly been tearing the opposition apart.

Good to see guys taking there chances though, still opportunities to claim a spot whilst the senior crew our out.

Elliot is a very good player, would slot in, but different type of player. Doesnt have the same explosiveness as Oliver, and is more versatile in that he can go forward. Also doesnt stage for free kicks haha

Elliot is one of those players who has always been physically more mature, and needed to grow into his body a bit. Recruiters felt he didnt have much upside because he was bigger than the players in his age group despite consistently putting in good performances at NAB level

Is Elliot available for mid season draft??
Or is he only available for national draft?
Thanks

It would be about Miller's highest possession game ?
Not strong opposition but good to get a kick
