VFL Round 1 v Southport

Sonsie up to 9 disposals at half time after starting very quietly. Just looks good when he gets the ball.

Used to be able to go on the ground for a kick at many VFL games. I assume post-covid that has gone the way of the dodo. Sad for the kids, and some dads

Tiger pressure was great that qtr - stack 2 goals playing deep forward at times, Sonsie classie goal and Cumberland strong goal as well.

Goals: Stack 2, MoJu, RCD, Cumberland, Sonsie, Bartlett, Banks

Brown, Banks and Mansell (bar one turnover) excellent down back. Biggie solid. Stack great second term. Sonsie nothing first q, better second. Clarke not much, RCD little, Martyn bubkes. Ryan ok, skipper Street going well.

Impressed by MR jnr. He seems to find the ball at the centre bounces. Would he be an option for us soon???
