VFL 1st Qualifying Final V Essendon

Could we go out in straight sets again.whats with us in finals in the reserves?
Essendon are 10 players down in their squad.

Townsend is built for battle. Whenever I see him in the VFL he looks like a star and never gets beaten in the contest.

His elite aggression and body strength looks to translate nicely to AFL, so what’s holding him back?

Is he a chance to play finals?

Towner and McIntosh are the two rough-around-the-edges types I’d like to see considered for the ones. In a Grand Final against any opposition, they’re simply hard to beat in a contest.

Any chance they pay a holding the ball in our forward line? I've counted three they've let go.
 
Balta was named but not playing due to a corkie apparently.
His run and long kicking would have been a real plus with the windy conditions.
