Surprised that he's being managed, win and it's a good move.
Has been great in the 1st three games, has 31 contested possession from 72% game time, Taranto has 35 from 82% game time. Hopper's not a bad replacement.

Can’t get involved. Will get to 300 but only by virtue of injuries to others and the fact we are not finals bound.

A once in a generation type player. He will forever be a Richmond immortal.

But unfortunately the end is now. If we are fair dinkum he doesn’t play next week.

Possibly our greaest ever captain .He will go down as one of the all time greatest tigers .God he was brilliant. A MAGNIFICENT leader.
I love what he did for us tragic tiger fans.

Ill cry when he retires...what a magnificent career
..but its coming to an end ...deserbes his 300th ..he, like jack ,dusty ,grimes ,marlion, meatball ,vlastiun owe us nothing ....but its all coming to an end.
What an era it waa...

If anyone deserves 300 it's Cotch but time stops for nobody & he'd know that as well as anyone.
If he's playing flank roles & if finals are no chance then those games probably should start going to developing players.
Hope he gets there but on tonight's performance..

I see it the other way - if we have injuries and aren’t making finals, there’s probably room to nurse him through and play the kids too.

All hail the great Chimpa. What a player; what a leader.

But unfortunately he is a shadow of his former great self. Does he get to 300 games? The reality is that he is probably not best 22 now. He was totally ineffectual tonight. But if we are shot for the season, as it looks we may be, then I don't see that harm in getting him there.

Was he pissed that he was subbed? He is a proud man.

Well he has 8 games to 300 - hope he gets there and the decision to keep playing him has become easier given our injuries tbh.

Tiger immortal.

He will be thinking of pulling pin.
His chase down in 2nd quarter was startling.
He had no drive left in his legs.
All time great but needs others to stand up around him so he can play his bit part role

I think we can use Chimpah over the year. He was too slow last night and was spewing when subbed. It was a kick in the teeth and the guts.

Let's see how he responds.

I can understand why he went round again.. inclusions of Taranto and Hopper would see him play a lesser role - Selwood type year. 15 games or so. Unfortunately it isn’t panning out that way at all. Sad. Hail the great man

I wonder if he’ll get to the 300 and then pull the pin. If I were him I’d take a year off and then look at coaching. I don’t think he can walk away from football entirely.
