I might get smashed for this but that’s 2 disappointing games in a row by the skipper. He looks slow and almost disinterested. Did nothing of his bash and crash to get us going.

Add to that his woeful kicking that looks like a golf chip.

I had him 2nd BOG last week?

and this week, forget it.

The whole side was off.

I gave Marlion our BOG, and he wasn't very good.

one of those days.

bin tape.

will be a positive for our season.

You are very forgiving EZY. Not sure turning the ball over is a 2nd best on ground performance.

he had 27 disposals for 650m gained last week.

2nd most metres gained was Dusty @ 500.

are we discussing the same game?

V Hawthorn?

Sure are. Metres gained are useless if they are going to the opposition

Maybe the hammy issues have made him reluctant to really kick through the ball?
I was hoping someone with some physio type expertise can comment on this. Just seems to caress his kicks so they float in the air way too long, and cap out at 40m or so.
dont think his penetration was like this in his first 10 years.
Cotch is a legend, want him to play out his career on a high.

Started off like a house on fire but completely faded away. Non existent thereafter.

Questions need to be asked.

22 possessions, 18 contested - 3 more than the next best.

Had an interrupted pre-season.

Thought it was more the Cotchin of old tonight, at least compared to the last couple of weeks.

Here's hoping his body holds up all season. He's still so important to out midfield.

Hate to say it, but I think I’m with you Smoking.

Despite his public comments to the contrary, wouldn’t be surprised if this was his last year.

The Skip would be nowhere near a 100%, Skip knows when we need him to be a 100% , in the mean time we need some Cubs to help the old fella out, let’s not forget that body has been smashed for a long time now
