Trent Cotchin (Merged)

Reckon he will go awfully close to winning the Brownlow.
Always polls well and his game has gone to another level.

Cunnington was a beast and his marking ability really surprised me - seriously good player....but after watching live and then the replay this arvo, I honestly feel Cotchin was the most influential player on the ground. Cunnington has a heap of turnovers.

agree.

*smile*ington is a tough prick and gets his own ball. I like him.

but he does nowhere near the damage cotchy does.

they are in a different class

I think Cotchy will be equal leader in the brownlow after round 8, and solo leader after round 23

Most influential player to walk into our club in a generation. ;D

Love all that he stands for sooooo much!!

I reckon Cotch has changed as a player over the past 18 months. his attack on the ball has turned incredibly aggressive.

and the week off did him the world of good.

I reckon he has always been the hardest bloke at the ball at Richmond, he is an animal at the contest. Perhaps a touch more aggressive in contact on the opposition as well now?

Can't think of a harder bloke at the ball in the AFL.

He was more silk when we got him, like C Ellis.
Now he’s a wrecking ball.
I understand c Ellis is developing that side of his game too.

Nah, attack on ball nothing like Ellis at any stage.

Never. Ever. Timid is not a word ever used to describe the chimps football.

Has come a long way in regards to captaincy. Was thought of as one of the weakest captains in the game and is now by far the No 1 captain in the league.

Great stuff

you're lying. and even if your not lying, I want you to lie about it.
BT asked him on Talking Footy, "Labor or Liberal?"

Brief pause, then: "Awww... Liberal."

Maybe that was his 2PP answer and he actually votes Greens. It's on the club website if you want to have a look.
