Same here Julius. I've liked Browny from day one. Love how he praised Serpell saying "we're gonna be quick"......we never heard anything like this about Meehan. Praised the coach too. I reckon Ooze and the cubs will grow a strong relationship.

I sent him a message over the preseason with a link to 2,345 posts made by an esteemed poster on this site stating that the original pick we had was swapped to Geelong for a pick used on Max Holmes.

He sent a message that he was going to “prove that bastard wrong”.

I hope we are going to be quick, a glaring weakness last season was our lack of pace. We've lost a bit of pace too, in Bolton and Rioli.

Nank is the incumbent and should be at training. Even if he’s injured and can’t train he should be there supporting and encouraging the guys.

It would be interesting to know if Cotch always turned up at first day of training when he was skipper. I’m tipping he didn’t but others would know better than me.

I think as leader you would want to be there, setting the example, building relationships, setting the standards on and off the field for the younger fellows to follow.

Has there been any announcement on what line roles the assistants will have ? I think we have Rutten, Morro, Newman, Caracella and Ziebell as assistant coaches.
