Training For Redemption in 2022

Training Today:

Lynch just did 30 min of straight light running which was to be expected.
Dusty did the 20min warm-up which included some kicking then over to rehab some straight line and also fitness staff throwing ground balls to him
Grimes makes his first appearance in rehab really slow straight line jogs which is to be expected.
No Graham & Tarrant today.
Will report further at end of session what else Dusty does.

Ps I think main training next week will be Monday not Tuesday?

I'm down here at Punt Rd
What a spectacular scene with all the boys out on track.
We did 5 × 400's
Tyre lifts
Sand climbing
and Tug of war.
Flappers training the house down
And Pettifier is still 'Burning the Track'

Melee Mansell is a menace

I'v said before Mansell is a danger at training ;) but to be fair on this occasion Noah had barged through 3 would be tacklers with Manell last in line when Noah threw the ball onto his boot but collected Mansell's shin.

Hopefully it’s like getting a knock in a game - and they’re usually OK by the following week i.e. next Thursday

Shin on shin collisions certainly dont tickle!

Cumberland will be a sore boy but I woudnt think its enough to keep him out of a game thats still 1 week away.

Rolled ankle? Hopefully nothing serious and at least he has 6 days to recover.
