Training for DRAFT PICKS!!!!

So Stack is not there correct.Well if he is in WA other besides family reasons I reckon he is in trouble hasn't rock up to preseason well.

To be in the middle of a dynasty and have a crop of young players like that is exciting. I'm not writing off Stack just yet. Naish seems to have dropped off the promising talent list - hoping he can really make a statement this year, which would be his last if he doesn't.
Reckon Naish put in a career killing performance against GWS this year and the only thing that saved him was a contract. Then again, I though Chol did the same against GCS but he got promoted. Go figure?

I don't think Naish will make it to be honest. Too timid.

Great to see Maurice out there today.

Naish hasn't corrected that key deficiency in his game yet. He has one more year to show an appetite for the contest or it will be his last.

Menadue has more going for him than Naish. Same skills, greater pace and a wee bit harder. If he can't make it then young Chris is up against it

I wouldn’t call Naish timid, never seen him shirk a contest. He is an outside player and a finisher which doesn’t really suit our style.
He may well do ok at another club who plays a different style of footy

You need to watch more closely. He'll dispose of the ball (by hand or foot) to anyone and anywhere rather than take a tackle. I can remember more direct turnovers in the game against GWS than the rest of the team combined.

I haven't got the sympathy like others using Dusty as reference.Dusty buckled down that is the difference. He had 3 months to get things right talent or talent his got to want it or else we a wasting his spot on the list many kids didn't get drafted would crave to get a go.

I watch closely enough KK but thanks for the advice.

Seen him play probably 15-20 vfl games live which I think is enough to form my opinion and I am pretty sure that any Richmond player who did as you describe wouldn't be on the list for 3 years and still on it.

I don't know who you are anymore.

I hope you don't think that passes for a training report.

Samson was on track this morning, a bit skinnier than I thought he would be. Initial body shape like Angus Graham who was only 92 kgs when 1st drafted but filled out to 106kg, Samson currently 96kg. Looked agile enough on first look, and pretty good with his hands in handball drills. Not shy, has a bit of confidence about him.
I didn't want to draft a ruckman but looks a likely type in time especially if he can clunk marks in the big league.
20m Sprint time of 3.084 sec nothing special but not bad for a player of 206cm, (and it beats Finlay MaRae's time of 3.09 sec o_O ).

HIGHLIGHTED TESTING RESULTS:

QLD Draft Combine:

Running Vertical Jump (R/L) – 72cm/71cm
Speed (20m) – 3.084 seconds
Endurance (2km) – 7:23

a triple premiership track watcher whose maybe lost a little of the hunger?

like many, I expect a few more superlatives on the return of royalty.

I wanted an avenue of didges to growl, a driving clapping stick crescendo, and a mr.magically real poem presented on a paperbark pillow of magpie goose feathers

@Tigers of Old laid a stunning pictorial foundation, only for @caesar to staple a flimsy pine word shanty together atop
