Training for DRAFT PICKS!!!!

Main training today was a bit of a mess so don't know where to start.

Bad or uncertain news:

Prestia slowly jogged laps.
Tigga only jogged laps for 20 minutes and then hit the sheds.
Couldn't spot CJ out there.
Garthwaite only walked a few laps.
Nank mainly ran laps.

Better News:
As long as they pull up ok Astbury and Lynch should have passed their test and play.
Mabs seemed to marking the ball ok with his finger injury.
Biggie back training so might be back for VFL
Saw Mate` do some skill work for the first time but Ivvy said he won't play VFL yet and they are building him up very slowly.

**I think we are missing Rob Innes who was our strength, conditioning and rehab guy who left to head up Sydney's.

Agree, my nephew has had a bit to do with him, he can't speak more highly of him.

Thanks caesar, I'm very confident that your training reports will turn our form around.

**** Gil and his soft cap !!
There was an article about his work at Sydney this year and players were praising him. Players coming back in great condition.
Very similar in what Broad said in 2017.
His understanding of injuries and recovery is sublime

Begs the question whether it should have been him or Burge?
