To put Dusty's impressive performance in context, only about a 3rd of the squad participated in that particular run and it was a staggered start, but his last 200 metres was eye catching.

Marlion looked very sharp, having a decent contract in place is surely a weight off his shoulders.

I'll agree with Cal Twomey that Hugo and Dow have bulked up slightly to me Dow looks the more ripped? Ross and RCD looking good also.

There was one bit of play from Miller starting from defence then overlapping in the middle receiving and then making good delivery to forward that woke me from my slumber, (at least it had me interested after a year of not seeing him).

Being the 1st session back no game sim, some circle work and some in tight clean hands drills not much running except for that one time trial type run i mentioned earlier.

Ok, @Dont Argue has been baiting me but the cleanest hands of all was you know who.

Players not particpating:
DTLD
Shedda
MRJ
Sampson Ryan
Cumberland
Chol

Rehab :
Bachar, (about 30 minutes of solo running drills)
Soldo, (just walking laps)
Just got a shot to go with my Dow comment so you can agree or disagree

Yeah, yeah, yeah. What I glean from this is that there was training, you were there, it's been finished for some time, and we don't have a report.

You are on thin ice, mister.

Started off with some shuttle runs split up into big men and smalls, Kmac was king also pleased to see that RCD has made some ground in comparison to previous years. Balta and Shai don't like shuttles but that hardly seems to matter once the balls start zinging around. Dusty was put with the lumbering big men again like he was in Monday's time trial, (appears the coaches are trying to give the young lad some confidence :D ).

More ball work today and game sim type stuff, it was basically move the ball on at all costs. They are yet to introduce the slow the game down the line drill that is often also practiced.

Session not exactly poetry in motion a bit of rust erosion required.

Were concentrating mostly on the young guys, Jack Ross and Dow probably taking the honors.

Back joining the group today were Shedda, DTLD, Mabs, Aarts, and Samson.

Drioli and Junior haven't been sighted all week so I am wondering if they had something in the NT that they had to attend to?

Basha doing so little I couldn't even call it a rehab session.

Unlike Dusty who's offseason partying is a fitness regime the same can't be said for Caddy, partied too hard and too long I think? or maybe he is just getting slower every time I see him.

For a guy that has been invited back to train for his life, the condition Egg has come back in is more than mildly disappointing to my eyes.

It will probably be a week or so before I declare anybody is training the house down, (and Dusty doesn't count).

Read somewhere that Dan Rioli’s grandmother passed away and he and MJR are in the Territory as a result
