you could see Maloney swearing when he had to go out into the wind and chase Flit, who capitulated and ran tailed off last I believe? would've taken balls of steel on the favourite to leave Flit go at that point and just wave her goodbye as she went backwards. I couldn't have, even if I was 56kg, and ive got pretty *smile* solid testicles. I think Maloney did the only thing he could do. he was stitched up by that white teethed crooked *smile* from Perth who I hate as much as Lloyd Williams
Quite possible Gator was a run too many but I dont think so. I think he was firmly stitched up. he hung on pretty good.
If I was the terminally owner of Gator, I'd GBH Lane and take the time.
on a positive note, the owner ambassador of Gator was a 5 time Group 1 winning owner. WTF is that all about. its suppose to bring The People along.

Yes I think you're right about Funstar going to the Vinery, that would explain the price she is for the Donny, she'd get no weight if she went to the Donny though.
I think both of Melody Belle's runs have been good, the 1st was when there was a leaders bias, and yesterday Oppose Bosum didn't keep abreast of things while trying to get a cart from the Gator. I reckon she's a special in whatever she starts in, in Sydney, especially if there's a bit of give in the ground.

I really like Pierata tomorrow. The Handicapper hasn't missed him, but I think that because he is a couple of classes better than them. and finally theres a horse I really like better than 2-1
