Back to the umpiring in Collingwood games.
On the couch they showed 3 small pieces of play involving Collingwood and the shitt they get away with is unbelievable.
They weren't even talking about Collingwood and the free kicks.
They showed Phillips throw the ball,
They showed this *smile* effort by Treloar to tackle, he barely grabbed Snelling, he was awarded a holding the ball free kick.
And the worse one was Adams chucking the ball as soon as Phillips went to grab him.
Someone who has the balls needs to highlight this. Throwing the ball, the dropping of the ball as soon as they feel contact and the worse one, getting triple the time to release the ball when tackled.

They along with a few other clubs (Dogs another ) are throwers of the ball and more should be made of it....

Some clubs the way they man the man , another player in close proximity annoys me too. A 50 should be applied but some sides get away with more than others. That complainer for the Hawks is one !

They've made an art form of shepherding on the mark. Have a few players who habitually dive on the ball to create stoppages also. Tom Mitchell is one, not sure he's come back 100% from the injury.

Their five 2020 teams have been the 2nd, 1st, 3rd, 6th & 4th-oldest Hawthorn teams (2015 GF team is 5th).

They're the oldest team ever after five rounds, ahead of 2016 North which crashed and burned from 9-0. Short season is in their favour and I think the short quarters are helping them also, but I don't see them bucking history.

He needs support and football should not even be considered.
Losing his father has really rocked him.

Is Ross Lyon a closet Collingwood supporter. Gee some stuff he comes out with reminds me something joffa would say.

Protected by his mates. Ross Lyon makes me want to puke - sucks up to Collingwood as though he has been a member there for 40 years. Eddie is just waiting for this all to blow over as usual and we move on to the next time Collingwood *smile* up (good news is that it shouldn't be too long). Imagine if this was Dusty or a big name at Richmond - we would have been prosecuted relentlessly by them.

Was wrapped to see vision of Treloar throwing the ball on 360 the other night. Hopefully the umpires start pinging him for it, because he does it all the time.

Of course it was. The show is produced by Eddie's media company. So if you want a job, or to keep a job, you shut the smile up! Or only push gently.

So Eddie's antics to just evade answering/any accpountability.

PS - What did it actually signify when he kissed Gill's head after our 2018 defeat?
 
They thought Ross Lyon would bring his loopy coach persona.

Now we’re all realising it was just him being tired and overworked.

Isn’t adding much to Footy Classified.
