Dimma was in good form last night. I haven’t watched the show for a few weeks but it was good last night. Very funny.

His hair style in the under 19's was at a whole different level.

Is that Glenn Archer next to him?

It is Archer. So Dimma must've played with Carey too. This must be late 80s.
Yeah, he played for Norths 1991 under 19s premiership side before spending 1992 at Springvale. Played in Essendons 2000 premiership, Ports 2004 premiership side, assistant coach at Hawthorns 2008 premiership side and of course coached our 3 premierships. He’s a magnet for a flag.

He might have been at Essendon in 1993 but was not in the premiership team.

1989? Did we play them in a grand final?
There was a grand final that we played North and it was a draw and it had to be replayed the following week.
Think we won that one.

Grand final day 1989
Geelol played us in the U19's
Geelol played Fitzroy in the Ressies
Geelol played Hawforn in the seniors
Geelol lost all three games by a grand total of 9 points on the day
We then went on to beat #lolnorf in the U19 flag the following week so it must have been the prelim that was drawn n we were replaying it on the normal grand final day.
Pretty sure my old mate Al hasn't totally destroyed the memory.
