Space x refused to hire people granted refugee and asylum status. They are not illegal immigrants, they are people granted this status by the US government, they have been fully vetted in receiving their status and hold the same rights in employment as a US green card holder.

Trump did write he wanted to terminate the constitution in a social media post but then back-tracked. I agree though, virtually impossible in current make-up of the house. He wouldn't get support for changing the 2-term rule even within his own party.
