I occasionally watch those dashcam videos on YouTube, they are often linked from a cycling forum I am on.

One of the stark things about them is the language. You watch a US dashcam video and they're all saying "oh my goodness" or something like that. The Australian videos? Every second word starts with F and appears as *smile* on this forum.

Face it, Aussies swear a lot. I always have to hold my tongue overseas but here, I hear swear words all the time. Just part of our culture.

Yeah. I love how the yanks refuse to say god when “swearing “ and say something really vile like “gosh, darn it”
