What is the current world record for in-competition solving of a rubiks cube?

(Well, its sort of sport)
 
With 11 seconds left on the clock, Chris Webber who played with Michigan had the ball when they were 2 points down against Duke. He decided to call a Timeout (by signalling "T") so that his team could arrange a play, but all his team's timeouts had already been used so as a result he was given a technical foul and the ball was given to Duke who won the game by 2 points.
