Sports Quiz

No. Sunderland have only appeared in the Final on three occassions, winning in 1937 and 1973 (huge upset) and losing in 1992. (Granted, in 1973 and 1992 they were a Second Division club.)
 
they also made the final in 1913, so that's 4 times.. but still the wrong answer :'(

Correct. Lost in 1900 and 1902 as a Southern League outfit. Were in the Second Division when they famously won in 1976 in an upset against Manchester United, Bobby Stokes getting the only goal. Lost to Arsenal in 2003 as a Premiership side.
