The posts have been removed. They add nothing to the topic and further discussion resulting from them wouldn't benefit anyone.
 
Wow. Didn't know him personally, but was a unique and often hilarious character in the PRE world. I always imagined him as within a few year of my age, which, if true, makes this all the more tragic.

Really enjoyed some of his contributions over the years.
