They have been the second best team for the last two years.
Now we are out, they are best.
Sad but a fact of AFL agendas.
If you watch other sides, our game of the last four years would win the flag easily this year.
So sad we have been exhausted and injured all year. But that's how it is, no team can win endlessly.

If you don’t believe the AFL media are sycophants, then ask yourself why commentators rarely say “he threw that” or ”that was a throw”.

They hardly ever say the word “throw” at all. If a player clearly misses contact with the ball it’s some flippant description instead …..because they simply don’t want to offend the AFL.

Why can’t they use the word “throw” ?

Yeah I know, but everything to do with this Pussies team smells of corruption as weeks go by. Pricky wants a final there.

I know. I hate them more than anyone dude. But I think a lot of people on PRE have undersold them. They’ve been the best team all year for mine. Not to say someone can’t roll them - I think a team that has one or two small, nippy forwards that have a day out on a big ground may expose their tallish and average speed backline - no matter how structured it is. But I don’t think Dudbourne are that team. They lack depth of talent. Very ordinary forward line too. Good system but overrated.

Note: Ive been calling them Dudbourne for 20 years. I call them Dudbourne because they haven’t won a premiership in 57 years. And until they do - even if they lose a GF by 1 point - they’ll always be Dudbourne to me.

I hope they do win it this year - and save us from Geecheat - but I’ve not been convinced all year. They need a big win in week 1 of the finals. Not impossible against Port I suppose.

That’s when I felt sick like I have when the Cats got Cameron, Smith.... you know that sick feeling in the guts. They torched MELB in that period and had them looking ordinary on eve of the finals.
Long way back from 39 at CatPark...but let’s see if they have a ticket Ezy.
