Apparently a recent study found that Aboriginals are up to 20 times more susceptible to pneumonia than the rest of the population.

AFLPA held "crisis talks" with the AFL this morning.

Has been known Indigenous Australian people are more vulnerable to pneumococcal infection for many years and the vaccination which is free to all over 65 year olds has been freely available to the Indigenous population for years.
Can't see a reason to mandate the vaccination other than to recommend it now and always .
