What do the Roos expect when they’ve continued to recruit dead set Cats like Polec, Stephenson and Hall as well as other clubs injured rejects . There other big mistake imho is keeping so many ex players around, it’s not like they were part of a successful era, imagine hearing Boomer continually talk about how great he was, now G Archer is one of my all time favourite oppos players, i haven’t seen a tougher player, however he is or was on there board ffs that’s classic Norf, just because they loved him on the field they think he’s going to be a good board member , at the risk of coping a flat beer tommorow I say send em of to Tassie ......this is the list that was worse then Fitzroys.......an I love it 
There's barely any meat to be picked off the bones. Davies-Un is the obvious one, Anderson and Simpkin, maybe Larkey could be turned into something.
It was not Richmond 6 years ago has we made finals 2013,2014,2015,2017 flag,2018 top,2019 flag,2020 flag,but I take your point although when Benny came on board we realized we were *smile* in all areas bar memberships which was AFL leading although the rest of the club was farrked.
North were told by Scott only a few years ago,we need a rebuild, the list is ordinary,they responded by we are almost in premiership contention and north's membership is not good,bottom 4.
When I said richmond even when they were missing finals regularly were membership leading, independent AFL Entities stated the one good important thing richmond always did was service their members well.

The only thing we ever had to do to save the club was win, and a million supporters took care of the rest. Norf have got about 20000 if that.
Where I come from there is a huge Norf barracker base, mainly because of Mick Nolan and it was their zone back in the day , can tell you now if 1 out of 20 is a paid up member I’d be shocked , there’s enough of em ( not near us but there’s plenty of them) , there supporters just don’t buy memberships or go to games like all the other clubs supporters do
