McDonald did look good last night. we couldnt have got ward given our pick, here's hoping our later picks work out.

So we'd have had to take Connor with our Gibber pick to be a look in as our picks were at 28 - 29 - 30 n weren't really in the hunt.

I think so. I've long believed their kids have been massively and mysteriously overrated.

I don't get what people see in Rozee. Cat of the highest order. Squibs, fakes and gives away boneheaded free kicks.

Butters got it 30 times last night for a net territory gain of 340m. Yep, an average of 11m per possie. No wonder oppos don't bother manning him up.

Duursma is one of the dumbest footballers going around. Will do himself a career-ending injury if he continues to leave his brain in his kit bag.

Is there a bigger potato in the game than Mitch Georgiades? He is Port's clanger king, and that's a big effort in a strong field. Needs his sloppy mate Bergman back to help spread the load.

Says everything that their best player is still Boak.

Also don't get what Todd Marshall brings. To me he hasn't looked anything close to AFL level.

It's relatively easy to get a group of young blokes up and going early in the year compared to a seasoned group, but very hard to sustain the first relative to the second.
