Round 2+1 other games

OH that explains it. Sunday night at 8pm is pretty late for an AFL game!
I thought they said on the news that McKenna self isolated for 14 days and was repeatedly tested, all negative (until the final positive one)
7.30 and 6.00 for those with any interest in following it. And not like the teams have a plane to catch tonight...or tomorrow or this month...

Port are such a plastic *smile* football club.
If you think Geelong got an easy draw. Port have matched them.

How was Conca ever taken in the top 10 in a national Draft?
He has to be close to the worse/most unskilled footballer ive seen.
He makes the easy look unbelievably hard.

We would smash Port if we were half interested and fit.

Experts saying the pies are the best team in it but we almost beat them in first gear after giving them a 5 goal head start.

Dont let facts get in the way of the wankers and their Circle Jerk over the Maggots H my man.

They don't mention that.
They don't mention they went 64 minutes without a goal.
doubled the inside 50's after qtr time.
Nah.. They only mention we scored only 5 goals.
That's why Jack's miss kick is such a huge *":** up.

The only team currently that i take seriously is Collingwood.
Good defence, good midfield.
Brisbane, port and Geelong are just making up the numbers.

Anyone see the old codger from Brisbane jumping around like they just won the flag?

Another accomplishment for the current-era Tiger: 220 rounds since being in last position, the current best.
2010 seems such a long time ago.

Prior to round 3, Adelaide had the current Streaks Not in LAST position:

360 Adelaide
219 Rich
210 WC
187 PA
139 Coll

The way Healy was talking last night about Port he's jumped from the Weagles to them.

Glowing about their form, glowing about Charlie Dixon etc. He does realise who they have played right?

The Suns in Rd 1 who were awful, finished 18th last year
Adelaide - less said about them the better
Freo - Same as Adelaide, no wins yet, finished 13th last year.

Port have not had a problem over the last few years beating up on the bottom teams, they have had a problem beating the top 8. They will come unstuck against the top 8 again, they haven't suddenly got better with the same team and the same coach / tactics as they have failed at over the last few years.

Good post although I do think they are a little better placed this year with their young talent.

Watch for West coast to improve leaps and bounds when they return to their home turf and Healy to jump back on board

He's their runner.

Finally found a way to harness the only thing he could do well on a footy field.
Harsh. He was gutsy, hard at it. Loved to run hard, chase, tackle and bump/hurt opponents. Never shirked it when I saw him. Sure, lacked some finesse and kicking varied from great to terrible (but see George in current, 2-flag team). But gave the club 100%. In fact, battle scars brought on early retirement most likely.
Besides, maybe someone we might want to return in an off-field/admin role in future. Bet he's not really loving it at the dead Crows atm. Smart guy it seems, and has drive and energy.
