Round 16 the other games (only if you care)

I think its a race in 4 now, and my barracking hierarchy would be

1. dogs.
2. dees (ive never heard them boo dusty, and its been 70 years and I really like Max Gawn)
3. Lions (boo dusty, get *smile*)
4. cats

if it was an 100 horse race, I'd have cats at 100.
Nah; you're all off the mark. Tigers all the way. It'll start next round with a win over the Pies and the glorious run to another flag will become the stuff of legend!

R13 - 2000 Miragebourne sitting 8th and then won 10 of the next 11 to finish in the GF (that 1 loss by 1 point over lolnorf the reigning premiers) losing to the Bummers.

Can be done, but we lost our spark.

Looking forward to watching 18 year old Josh Treacy again tonight, Cerra will hit him lace out a few times.

I was shocked to see he was AA just once in 2006???
No b&f's either.

I was one who thought the Hawks overpaid at the time so it was interesting to read today that their doctors weren't sure that his knee would hold up longer than three seasons. Obviously he's been fantastic value and a very very good player, short of champion class but worthy of a spot in the HoF. Became much harder after leaving Port where he was susceptible to a tag.

Shaun Burgoyne. :clap2
Congratulations Silk. Amazing achievement especially considering when he went to hawthorn it seemed unlikely he would play many games due to his knee.
As an aside, was watching him go through the banner with his kids. There is some pedigree in them if any chose to play footy.
Dad- Shaun (400 games, 4 AFL premierships)
Aunt - Erin Phillips ( 2 AFLW flags, 2 AFLW Best & Fairest , 2 WNBA championships, Represented Australia in basketball, many other awards)
Uncle - Peter (. 1 AFL premiership, 200+ AFL games)
Grandfather - Greg ( SANFL legend)

Yep, ABG for me, I wouldn’t begrudge the Dees winning though.

I don't begrudge some of their players winning one, but I'm not sure I'd be able to take the Dees fans strutting all over the place like the king of the castle. Certainly not as repugnant as seeing Danger holding the trophy aloft so agree with everyone on the Anyone But Geelong group, but if its not the Tiges, pretty please can it be the Dogs

My goodness; the free kick awarded to Rozee in Port & Hawks game was garbage.

Yes he was grabbed momentarily whilst going for the ball, but then reacted like he’d been shot. That action happens 100 times a game without being paid.

Pay all of them or none of them.

I know Carlton are playing at t he G, but it will be really funny if Freo get more to a home game at the G than Melbourne got earlier today

Rozee is bordering on being a bigger cheat than Diverfield and Duckwood.

That game is impossible to watch from the chip chip boring style by port and the soft free kicks are getting.
The tall been pole was holding the hawthorn defenders arm and the slug payed it a free kick the other way.
Thats was the time i changed the channel

Looking forward to your scoring update this round, going to be low. Bookies are setting total match points at around 150 now, used to be 180ish

No wonder we can't win games at the moment. All them young duds playing seniors. Maybe we'd better give up on the draft this year as our drafting's been hopeless, just use all our picks for trades on superstars. Think you might have forgot Cujo, Nigel n Raaalph on that list of busts. :)) :)) :))
You and TTS have seemed to miss that I was being ironic. This post was a reply to ToO. You always need to check the context for a post. I have often commented before on how many on PRE want to cut young players after very limited opportunities, as if they should just walk in and play like champions after a handful of games.

After six games it's on target to be the lowest-scoring Round 16 since 1971.

To this stage of the season, 2019-20-21 are the lowest-scoring years since 1967. Just as well Steve's on the job.
